Live Sports Event Announcer & Colour Commentator
Unpaid, but possibility of some payment to cover expenses.
Event is Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Skills required. Able to hold an audiences’ attention and create interest at the appropriate times. Able to learn about a sport that may not be familiar to the announcer and quickly transfer that to the spectators. Promote event sponsors and conduct interviews of town officials and racers.
Possibility of two events.
One in Gravenhurst, June 25/26.
One in Dunnville, August 13/14
The event is a power boat race presented by TORC (Toronto Outboard Racing Club). There are many different classes.
The announcer & colour commentator can dialogue to entertain race fans with a family-focused atmosphere.
