Every year The Word On The Street unites the country in a national celebration of literacy and the written word. Annually attracting more than 200,000 visitors to its Queen’s Park location, The Word On The Street Toronto is the largest book and magazine festival in Canada.
This year’s festival will take place in Queen’s Park on Sunday September 26th, 2010 from 11am-6pm.
More than 200 volunteers are needed to help bring this event to life in the areas of administration, guest services, logistics, programming and exhibits. Share in the enjoyment of Canadian books and magazines and give back to your community!
