Job Title: Flare Magazine entertainment intern
Unpaid. Name will appear in masthead and on blog/magazine contributions
Hours: 10-5pm, Mon-Fri. Full time.
Duties: Research all of the latest pop culture happenings including film, art, movie, book and music releases. Transcribe celebrity interviews. Administrative tasks such as mail outs.
Skills: We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter with excellent research and transcribing skills. The successful candidate should have a love for pop culture and fashion and a desire to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. Preference will be given to those enrolled in English, film, communications, or journalism. An example of published writing (i.e.; for school newspaper) is a bonus.
