Stand For The Dead Promotions Director
Stand Canada is a virtual, not for profit organization that strives to make it easy to act against genocide by creating simple and effective ways for Canadians to take action. Our primary goal is to see Canada become the world leader in stopping genocide, starting with the Darfur region of Sudan.
Stand is recruiting for a Promotions Director to ensure that Stand For The Dead is promoted and marketed widely, and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize improvements for branding
• Streamline promotions strategies through the website
• Coordinate with other Stand teams to promote SFTD (highschools, universities, media team, fundraising, etc)
Qualities Desired:
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Desire to see Canada become a world leader in stopping genocide
• Familiarity with online promotions
