IdeonMedia is seeking a full-time intern for a new website. This site will contain the “need to know” information for the urban woman. The tone of this site will be similar to divine.ca, divinecaroline.com, popsugar.com and sweetspot. We are specifically looking for candidates with specialized knowledge of our core subjects, which include style, fashion, beauty, wellness, relationships and pop culture.
The primary responsibilities of the intern will include writing and posting articles, editing, fact-checking, contributing to blogs, brainstorming and researching features. We are interested in individuals who have experience or interest in working with social and/or new media (including the use of blog platforms). Experience in SEO is an asset. This is a unique opportunity to learn online media skills.
