To All Ryerson Journalism Students,
Our names are Tara Bartolini & Aimee Legault and we are the editors of Off The Map Webzine. We feature up and coming youth in Toronto in fashion, music, film photography, digital illustration and art. We started this magazine because we believe there is a lack of publications that showcase the many talented youth that Toronto (and the GTA) has to offer. We believe that our magazine is a great venue to feature new talent from a city (Toronto) which is somewhat 'off the map' in terms of the little recognition it receives for being a cultural producer.
We are looking to add new Ryerson journalism students to our team. We are looking for a forward thinking individuals who are passionate about promoting Toronto and its talented youth. This is an unpaid position, but we do provide internships (that can be used towards a school credit if your program allows for it) and ALL contributions made can be used in one's portfolio.
