Canadian Lawyer is currently seeking an Editorial Intern to assist with online, video, events, and print features of the magazine.
Canada’s leading independent legal publication, delivering unbiased reporting and analysis of the legal landscape from coast to coast, Canadian Lawyer is a highly regarded publication. Focused on both the practice and the profession, Canadian Lawyer delivers award-winning editorial content that informs, inspires and occasionally inflames the lawyers, corporate counsel, judges and law professors who consider it a “must read”.
The selected intern will work alongside the Editorial Director in investigating and developing stories, writing articles, creating online multimedia content and following up on story ideas relating to the legal profession.
The ideal candidate will be a Journalism student or recent graduate with confidence in their writing abilities. This candidate is detail oriented, organized, and has an interest in various aspects of new media.

This internship will run from May-July and requires approximately 30 hours of consistent commitment each week.
