A brief word about
your project(S): 1) David Crighton Art Enterprises. www.davidcrighton.com.
We are currently
developing a marketing campaign for David’s Coronation Street pieces and need
someone to research how to price the art, find marketing opportunities such as
Coronation Street FB Pages, Website’s, Fan Club Mailing Lists, Blogs etc. We will also want to develop other marketing
avenues and their potential as far as a large audience for other pieces that
David could create to sell in a similar manner.
Any other market research activities that, as a student of journalism,
you can think of.
2) The Breadwomen
Project – this is a start-up internet community for “successful” women to talk
about the “dark” side of their success.
As a counter-balance to the rah rah Go Girl networking that is so prevalent
today, The Breadwomen Project is all about authenticity and honesty about the
challenges, sacrifices and losses that come with women being able to be
financially free for the first time in recorded history if not the entire
history. Pioneer Breadwomen share their
stories of struggle and personal triumph which may have culminated in a moment
of transformation and younger Breadwomen share about the challenges they face –
such as – difficulties finding a partner earning as much or more than them,
whether to have children or not because of career to name a few.
This project needs
market research into all areas including: demographics of the target market,
what they will buy, what they will pay for, what they care about, competition
for this market, websites that are not offering the same kind of services but
have websites already built that deliver products and services that The
Breadwomen Project hopes to deliver to their community.
