COPY/RESEARCH INTERN
You are a wordsmith who loves to get things just right. You work well with others, are meticulous and ideally have some experience fact-checking or a background in health and science. The successful candidate must be available full-time for a four-month period. A stipend is paid monthly.
Copy/research interns work closely with our assistant editor of copy & research to fact-check the magazine. Tasks include fact-checking (75%), primary research (10%) and miscellaneous editorial work (15%). Interns are encouraged to pitch story ideas and may write short articles and sidebars for the magazine and website.
