Here are the Intern Positions available for Spring-Summer 2012…
Client Services Support (1 position):
- Assist in customized client media plans for Advertisers/Sponsors
- Assist in coordination and hosting of presentations
Traffic Support (1 position):
- Assist Broadcast and Digital Managers with reporting documents
- Manage contract and invoice filing system
- Assist in broadcast scheduling
Social Media Intern (1 position):
- Assist the Social Media Lead with daily tasks as assigned
- Contribute to the creation of the Social Media Handbook and make changes as necessary
- Monitor twitter feeds for interesting and engaging conversations
Logistics Intern (1 position):
- Lead key Digital Media activities related to on-site logistics needs
- Manage scheduling for approximately 100 Digital Media staff during the Olympics
- Coordinate staff training and meetings in the lead-up to the Olympics
Associate Sports Producer (2 positions):
· Working with the CTVOlympics.ca digital editorial team to create, edit and re-purpose content for CTVOlympics web, mobile and social media platforms including news, features, photos, blogs and other material
· Updating, maintaining, and refreshing content for CTVOlympics web, mobile and social media platforms in a timely fashion
