Job
description:
The
ghost writer will be asked to prepare and perform a 2 hour interview with
CFA’s Vice Chairman Douglas Nix and use the content to develop 6 articles on
Corporate Acquisitions with the following themes:

Finding good targets
-
Structural framework for acquisitions
-
Determining the price and structure
-
Key considerations in the target
-
Integrating your acquisition
-
Negotiating the purchase
Requirements:
-
Having a good sense of what M&A is
-
Being able to write about M&A in an
informative and professional manner
-
Any previous experience is considered a
plus
-
Immediate start
Remuneration:
-
$20/hour, with the 6 articles being
completed in less than 20 work hours.
