We
are recruiting talented, innovative Designers
to join our Learning Practice. Our
designers are part of a collaborative, senior design team led by Dr. Rob Pearson - Chair of CSTD.
As
a Designer you will create state-of-the-art, integrated learning solutions
which can include: online training, games, simulations, dynamic videos,
podcasts, interactive workshops, virtual worlds and social learning communities.
Each solution is designed to drive brand champion behaviours and bring our
client’s key marketing messages to life.
This

As our Designer, you will:

Design
and develop innovative learning solutions
·
Create
solutions that meet participant’s learning needs and client’s business needs
·
Support
Account Directors and learning team members in identifying client business
objectives/needs, and developing/recommending appropriate learning strategies
·
Develop
effective and collaborative working relationships with clients
·
Work
with national and global clients such as: RIM, Pfizer, Ford of Canada,
Bank of Nova Scotia, IBM, KPMG, and Toyota.
