Looking for a
summer internship? Do you love working in a “designer-y” and collaborative
environment? Does the thought of doing work that helps the community give you
the warm and fuzzies? Then this just might be the position for you. Pivot
Design Group is looking for a designer/writer/blogger/social media dude or
dudette with a strong interest in not-for-profit communications to work with
Rebuild Your Community (RYC).
Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will be
required to work with a creative team to ideate creative concepts that work
within brand standards, and execute ideas into the digital and social media
space.
As an integral part of the social media communications
for RYC, you will be expected to work with the team to write content on a
weekly basis for twitter, facebook, and rebuildyourcommunity.com
Qualifications
·
A flair for writing for the web and
social media
·
The ability to work independently and
with a creative team in an open and playful space
·
Basic knowledge of a CMS tool, like
wordpress, HTML and CSS an asset
·
If selected for an interview, you will
be expected to show your creative thinking and writing qualities (design
portfolio an asset)
