Address Announcer
Rate of pay: $25/game
Expected hours: 3-6 hours
Duties of Job: The public address announcer
will have to:
- Create a script with guidance from the marketing coordinator.
- Address a crowd of 1500+ for 2-3 hours per game, announcing contests, promotions, safety & regulations, player names, starting line ups.
Skills and experience:
- Past experience is preferred but not necessary
- Must be energetic
The Mississauga Power are a professional
basketball team that plays in the National Basketball League of Canada. The
league is entering its third year and is Canada’s only professional basketball
league. This is a great way to open the door and enter the world of
professional sports!
