Internship — honorarium
Do
you constantly get lost in a web of viral videos and celebrity headlines? Are
you up to date on the latest episode of Pretty Little Liars or
into electronic artists like Skrillex, Avicii and Deadmau5? If you answered yes
to any of these questions, you’re destined to intern at ANDPOP. We
promise there will be no obligatory coffee runs. And BTW, if your guilty
pleasures are Justin Bieber and One Direction, we’re cool with that too.
ANDPOP is looking for two editorial
interns to help write, copy edit and fact-check blogs about music, fashion,
celebrities and viral videos. They’ll also help manage social networking
accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest. The ideal
candidate will have a fresh voice and be tapped into teen culture.
Although
the interns will be unpaid, they’ll receive an honorarium at the end of their
completed term. Applicants should be enrolled in university or college and be
available to work in Toronto two to three times a week, for three months.
